The first regional branch of INTACT started to work in Krasnodar. One of the largest cities in the south of Russia was chosen to open the first office of the Company's branch network. The branch is able to independently implement project tasks, and to attract expertise from the head office of INTACT.
"We are opening a new branch to work with regional Customers directly - to understand their need better, to develop and implement complex solutions promptly," said Alexander Batyrev, INTACT's Sales Director.
The Krasnodar branch and head office are united into a single IP-space, with the possibility of scaling the network as new branches are opened. The unified communications system - telephony, instant messages and presence statuses, corporate mail with common calendars, VCS is actively used. Employees of the Krasnodar branch remotely join the seminars and meetings held at the head office. This allows the head office and regional offices of the Company to act as a single entity, promptly respond to the requests of the Customers.
"Regional expansion is part of the INTACT development strategy. We began to develop a network of permanent branches with their own organizational and production resources so that the regional Customers of the Company will have direct access to high quality integration services. At the same time, branches in large cities will allow us to be closer to the offices of our federal Customers and to form project teams from local specialists, " Alexander Zykov, CEO for INTACT, shared his plans for the Company.
