Be responsible:

  • Installation, configuration and support of telecommunication equipment of such manufacturers as Cisco, Avaya, Fortinet, Juniper and others
  • Troubleshooting, root cause analysis
  • Interaction with the vendor's technical support center
  • Development of technical solutions based on customer requirements
  • Designing solutions based on telecommunications equipment
  • Developing specifications

Be skilled:

  • Graduates or last year students of technical universities (preferred MTUCI, Moscow State University, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, MIIT, MEPhI, MIPT)
  • Experience of work or completed training courses for certification Cisco CCNA / Avaya APDS / Juniper JNCIA or analogues is a plus
  • Certificates of CCNA level or similar is a plus
  • Sociability, high learning ability, ability to work in a team
  • Striving for professional development in the field of telecommunication technologies
  • Responsibility, independence, diligence
  • Knowledge of technical English

Internship program

The internship program includes product training and the possibility of applying the acquired knowledge in practice. Each trainee is offered a training program. Trainee workplace is located in the Company's office.

A mentor conducts a course of lectures on the Company's product, determines the list of tasks for the period of the internship, teaches the intricacies and peculiarities of the work, monitors the trainee's progress and controls the process in internship.
