INTACT's initial line of business was deployment of telecommunications infrastructures. Since then the company evolved into a full-cycle system integrator, delivering comprehensive IT solutions. Since 2018, the integrator has been developing a branch network, and today its offices are available in Russia's largest cities, such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar and Novosibirsk. The company has been growing consistently despite changing market conditions: number of its active projects has increased by 30% in the past 3 years, while sales and staff grew by 53% and 45%, respectively.
INTACT has over 300 corporate customers, including Skolkovo innovation center, Norilsk, Nikel, PAO IL, ZAO SK Rosselkhozbank-Strakhovanie, MSP Bank, Pharmastandard, UNIQLO, Match TV, VTB Strakhovanie Zhizni, Financial University of Government of Russian federation, etc. One of the company's largest projects, the construction of SIBUR training campus, received ProINtegration Award in 2017.
Since 2018, INTACT has been investing in Neurometrics, a company behind Facemetric product. Facemetric is an AI-based neural network video analytics platform. This technology has a lot of applications in industry, retail, banking, logistics, and transport. However, INTACT has always invested in people in the first place. Since its foundation, INTACT has been actively developing an internship program. The company hired 67 interns, 48 of which stayed with the company for over a year, and 25 are company' current employees in a broad range of positions from lead technicians to managers.
The integrator cooperates with more than 70 global equipment and software vendors such as AVAYA, Polycom, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Dell EMC, Huawei, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Kaspersky Lab, and many others. The company holds all licenses required to implement comprehensive projects from Federal Security Service, Emergency Ministry, Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia, and self-regulatory organization of ministry of culture for the preservation of cultural heritage.
In 2020 INTACT became a gold Cisco partner, the 22nd company in Russia to obtain this high status. Obtaining Gold status is a big achievement, because to get this partner certification the company had to undergo an audit to prove the high quality of its internal business processes, high level of project management processes, and high quality of tech support and after-sale service.
