Data storage systems (DSS)

A data storage system (DSS) includes hardware facilities that can separate the functions of data processing and data storage. On the basis of the storage, it is possible to implement fault-tolerant data storages. The advantage of the system is the ability to provide the working capacity in various ways, without loading the server processors with the data storage task. Moreover, the implementation of a data storage network completely separated from the rest of the enterprise's network infrastructure ensures fault tolerance and security, as well as increased performance in the data exchange between the technical means of data storage and data processing.
